Here's an important list of what the Hudson Valley Film Fest needs from you (pretty please)
Help us help your film.
We want to showcase your film as best we can on our website, socials, and our printed program. Please provide:

2 or more images from your project. jpg or png files. We need both a portrait crop (4:5) and a landscape (16:9). We can crop for you, if needed. If you do not provide us with either of these, we will take screenshots and choose ourselves. Send to: contact@hudsonvalleyfilmfest.com. Subject line: Promo Stills

A SHORT description or synopsis, approximately 100 to 200 characters in length. (roughly 20 to 30 words or 1 to 3 sentences)
Looks like this:
There will be a horizontally cropped image from your film, followed by the short synopsis and a list of details. Please fill out this form. You can fill out as much or as little as you like.
The printed program will have fewer details but will include QR codes linking back to a page on the website for readers to find more information about your film.

IF YOU’VE ALREADY SUBMITTED OR PLAN TO SUBMIT TO THE WOODSTOCK FILM FEST, PLEASE KNOW THAT THEY REQUIRE A PREMIERE STATUS. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR SUBMISSION TO THE WOODSTOCK FF, KINDLY WITHDRAW YOUR FILM FROM THE HUDSON VALLEY FILM FEST ASAP, as we need to finalize our program and lineup immediately. Please know you can always submit to us next year (as we do not have a premiere status requirement!).
At a Drive-in, timing is everything. To ensure your film gets the attention it deserves, we ask that END CREDITS BE KEPT BRIEF so audiences stay fully present in their cars for every film shared at the Fest. Please send any final edits by July 20th so we can include your updated version in the lineup. We will have all credits listed in our brochure, website and socials.
